Vince Young looked a little rusty in his first game back from a strained right quadriceps muscle. That was no problem for the Tennessee Titans because he had LenDale White and the defense to help out.
White ran for a career-high 133 yards; Rob Bironas added two field goals; and Chris Henry scored a touchdown as the Tennessee Titans pulled out a 13-9 victory over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday for their second straight win.
The Titans (5-2), starting a three-game homestand, saw their defense carry most of the load. Tennessee came up with five sacks and two turnovers, the last an interception by Chris Hope with 2:35 left.

Titans' Brown Practices, Will Be Game-Time Decision
Titans' running back Chris Brown was available for part of Friday's practice, working in a couple of drills to prepare for Sunday's game against the Oakland Raiders.
Brown, who missed last week's game against the Houston Texans with a sprained ankle, did not practice Wednesday or Thursday.
"I got a little bit of work in," he said Friday. "Hopefully, it'll get better and better and be ready to roll. It's going to come down to how I work out before the game and what they think, but I feel like I should be able to go on Sunday."
Norm Chow A Strong Head Coaching Candidate This Offseason?
In recent years, the quarterbacks that Norm Chow has coached include Philip Rivers, Carson Palmer, Matt Leinart and Vince Young.
Despite the success that Chow has had with each, he never has been offered an NFL head coaching job. Yet his time could be coming.
There is increasing chatter around the league about what Chow could do for a team. The talk comes a week after Titans' quarterback Kerry Collins elevated his game during a high-scoring win over Houston, and at a time when Chow?s Titans are preparing to face Kiffin?s Raiders in one of the most intriguing matchups of the weekend.
Fisher: Young Should Be Ready To Start Against Oakland
Titans' coach Jeff Fisher said Monday that he expects Vince Young to return to the Titans' starting lineup against the Raiders this week.
Young missed Sunday's victory against the Texans with a sore right quadriceps which he suffered against Tampa Bay on October 14.
Titans' Bironas Kicks NFL-Record Eight Field Goals In Win Over Texans

Bironas' 29-yard field goal as time expired led the Titans to a 38-36 win.
Collins Likely To Start For Titans On Sunday
Kerry Collins is expected to start at quarterback for the Titans in today's game against the Texans.
Vince Young, recovering from a strained right quadriceps that limited him in practice all week, will be available as a backup.
Titans' Young Will Be Game-Time Decision
Titans' quarterback Vince Young will be a game-time decision Sunday against Houston after he took one series of snaps with the scout team Friday.
Young had injured his right quadriceps against Tampa Bay and had not practiced all week. He began Friday's workout by dropping back and throwing the ball, then ran the Titans' scout team offense during a red zone drill against the starting defense.
Young was not available to the media on Friday, but Titans' coach Jeff Fisher said the quarterback felt better and would still be a game-time decision.
"He was limited. He participated in warmups, threw the ball and participated in limited practice," Fisher said. "That would imply that he's improving. He will still be a game-time decision, but it was encouraging to see him on the field today."
Strip Club Manager Sues Pacman Jones, Titans
A strip club manager paralyzed in a triple shooting is suing the NFL, the Tennessee Titans and suspended player Adam "Pacman" Jones, claiming they're responsible for his injuries.
Tommy Urbanski seeks unspecified damages in the lawsuit, which his lawyer, Matthew Dushoff, said would be filed Friday in Clark County District Court. It also names the owners of Harlem Knights, a Houston strip club that rented the Minxx Gentleman's Club in Las Vegas in February for a party the weekend of the NBA All-Star Game.
"The fact that the NFL and the Titans did not punish Adam 'Pacman' Jones until after Tommy was paralyzed is a proximate cause of Tommy's injuries," Dushoff said before a news conference at a Henderson hotel with Urbanski and his wife, Kathleen.

Titans Still Uncertain About Young's Status
Titans' quarterback Vince Young threw a little Thursday but remained sidelined during practice by his strained right quadriceps muscle.
"He didn't run around and didn't test the leg out, but he threw the ball," coach Jeff Fisher said. "He's improving. The treatment procedures and everything are helping out. We'll see how he is tomorrow. There's a chance he could practice tomorrow. We just have to wait and see."
Fisher has said Young might be able to go without practicing and still play Sunday when the Titans (3-2) visit the Houston Texans (3-3) because of the quarterback's familiarity with an opponent he played twice as a rookie.
