If Stan Kroenke is unable to move the St. Louis Rams to Los Angeles for 2016, the prospect of remaining in their current location does not appeal to him.
Kroenke could look to London or Denver.
Kroenke owns Arsenal, located in London, while Colorado serves as his base as he owns the Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche.
The future ownership of the Broncos is in doubt for when Pat Bowlen passes away.
Kroenke already spends time in Malibu and strongly prefers moving the Rams to Los Angeles.
Nick Foles will start for the St. Louis Rams against the Cincinnati Bengals with Case Keenum still recovering from a concussion.
Foles began the season as the Rams' starting quarterback but lost his job to Keenum.
Stedman Bailey is in critical but stable condition after being shot in a car Tuesday night, the City of Miami Gardens Police Department said Wednesday.
Bailey is a wide receiver for the St. Louis Rams.
A Rams source told ESPN's Nick Wagoner that the team believes Bailey's injuries are not life-threatening.
Police said the incident took place at 8:45 p.m. at a Miami Gardens residence and they are looking for a light-colored, four-door sedan, which is possibly a Buick Regal.
Earlier this month, the NFL suspended Bailey four games for violation of its policy on substance abuse.
Bailey, who was the Rams' 2013 third-round pick out of West Virginia, had been the team's third receiver for most of this season but was rarely involved in the offense.
Case Keenum suffered a violent hit on his head after a passing play in which he suffered a concussion.
But the game was not stopped as the NFL injury spotter let him stay in the game, as did the St. Louis Rams.
Keenum took another sack two plays later and fumbled the ball away to the Ravens.
Jeff Fisher broke down the play for reporters and didn't mention Keenum's head and no reporters asked.
The NFL has said it will investigate why Keenum wasn't immediately removed the field and examined.
The St. Louis Rams have benched Nick Foles with Case Keenum starting next week.
Foles has a 75.9 passer rating and QBR of 34.1 this season. Foles has been especially bad over the past two weeks, two losses by the Rams.
"You know, Nick just needs a break," Jeff Fisher said. "Nick just needs a break right now."
Foles was acquired by the Rams in the offseason from the Philadelphia Eagles.
Jeff Fisher claims he had Jay Cutler rated higher than Vince Young during the 2006 NFL Draft.
“Looking back, I would say that I had the three quarterbacks ranked Cutler, [Matt] Leinart and Young,” Fisher said, via Jeff Dickerson of ESPN.com. “I loved Jay. You know. I mean, we watched him play in our own backyard, man. We had a private workout there in our indoor facility and coached him in the Senior Bowl. It just didn’t work out.”
The Tennessee Titans selected Young with the third overall pick, while Lenart went 10th to the Arizona Cardinals and Cutler was selected 11th by the Denver Broncos.

The NFL may wait until March to decide which team or teams move to Los Angeles.
The Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams and San Diego Chargers are each considering relocation to Los Angeles.
Waiting until March would put each of the teams in a difficult situation in regards to season ticket holders.
Wes Welker says he's not worried about his concussion history as he returns to the NFL with the St. Louis Rams.
"Not at all," he said when asked the question. "I've been cleared by the doctors and everything else. Obviously I'm not going to try and look for contact and everything like that, but I'm not thinking about it either.
"I'm out there playing hard and playing the way I need to play to be successful. You start second-guessing yourself out there and that's when you get in trouble."
Welker said he played last year without a head injury.
Bob Iger, chairman and CEO of Disney, will be responsible for hiring the president of the company formed to bring the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders to Carson, California.
Carson Holdings, a joint venture formed this year by the Chargers and Raiders, named Iger its non-executive chairman.
"Should the owners approve the move, Los Angeles will proudly welcome two incredible teams to our community and build a stadium worthy of their fans," Iger said in a statement. "LA football fans will enjoy unprecedented access to games during the season, in a state of the art stadium designed to deliver the most entertaining, exciting and enjoyable experience possible."
The stadium, should it be built, will be constructed by the city of Carson and leased by the teams through Carson Holdings.
