The Raiders acquired running back Mike Goodson from the Panthers on Friday in exchange for offensive tackle Bruce Campbell, according to an ESPN.com report.
Goodson, who ran for 501 yards and three touchdowns in three seasons with Carolina, became expendable after the team signed free agent running back Mike Tolbert earlier this month.

Panthers Sign Mike Tolbert
The Panthers have added depth to their backfield in the form of Mike Tolbert.
Tolbert could have earned about $1 million more by re-signing with the Chargers, but he was excited by Carolina's four-year offer.
"That's how bad he wanted to play there," agent Joel Turner said. "He loves the idea of playing for Ron Rivera and being on the same team with Cam Newton. He just thinks it's a great fit."
Panthers Sign Haruki Nakamura
Carolina has signed free agent safety Haruki Nakamura to a three-year contract.
Nakamura, 25, has spent four seasons backing up Ed Reed in Baltimore. He's played in 52 games, but never started on defense.
Panthers Restructure Contract Of Thomas Davis
The Panthers have restructured the contract of veteran linebacker Thomas Davis to make sure he stays with the team.
Carolina saved $3.8 million in cap space with the move, according to a source.
The Panthers had decided not to exercise an $8 million option bonus that was due in three days.
Panthers Not Likely To Use Franchise Tag
With the Monday deadline for franchise tag designations looming, the Panthers aren't expected to use their tag.
Carolina is $9 million over the salary cap and they don't have a big-time free agent heading into the new league year.
The Panthers tagged center Ryan Kalil last year before locking up their Pro Bowl center with a long-term, contract extension.
