Colts president Bill Polian scouted Andrew Luck play at Duke on Saturday.
Luck is considered the undisputed favorite to become the top overall pick of the 2012 NFL Draft and the best quarterback prospect since Peyton Manning.
Last spring, shortly before the draft, the Colts sent a three-man team, including coach Jim Caldwell, to Fort Worth to work out and get to know TCU quarterback Andy Dalton.
