Marc Bulger: 354yds, 1/0 Six straight games over 100 passing rating for Marc. He?s thrown one interception all year. Why is he not mentioned in the conversation of best NFL quarterback? 3. Ben Roethlisberger: 433yds, 1/3 The good news about the Steelers going down early was that Big Ben had to pass all day long. This is a classic example of a great fantasy day from a miserable actual game. 4. Peyton Manning 326yds, 2/1 I?ve never gotten how all the blame for the Colts playoff woes falls at Manning?s doorstep. Did he play D? Coach? Punt? He?s a great QB and there shouldn?t be a ?but? anywhere following that statement. 5. Jake Plummer: 227yds, 3/0 Do I believe in Jake Plummer? No, no I do not. Do I applaud you if you rode him to victory this weekend? Yes, yes I do. 6. Tony Romo: 284yds, 2/0 Anyone who didn?t handcuff him with Bledsoe right now is angry because he?s clearly way better than Bledsoe will ever be again. 7. David Garrard: 177yds, 3/0 I love how coaches will occasionally bench a guy who is winning because someone comes back from injury. The goal is winning, not loyalty points right? 8. Jon Kitna: 321yds, 1/1 He usually gets decent yards and makes one or two boneheaded plays a game. He?s shouldn?t be your number one guy but he?s a great bye week or match-up start. 9. Damon Huard: 148yds, 3/0 Here?s another ?controversy? guy. Because Trent Green has won so much. 10. Bruce Gradkowski: 185yds, 2/0 The aren?t letting him make mistakes. The good news is he?s not, the bad news is he?s never going to throw for 200 yards with four yard outs all day. Top Ten Running Backs 1. LaDainian Tomlinson: 172yds, 3td Three touchdowns and over 170 yards two weekends in a row. I hope you didn?t trade him. 2. Steven Jackson: 86yds, 1td I had him down the board because the rushing is just okay and then I caught the 13 receptions he had. 13?? For 133 yards? Did they not think to cover him after the first eight or so? 3. Larry Johnson: 172yds, 1td Projection: 1632 yards. That?s way down from last year?s 1750. What a failure. 4. Ronnie Brown: 157yds, 0td This proves my old theory. If you?re patient with a player for the first eight weeks he?ll start performing once it?s too late for your season. 5. Kevin Jones: 110yds, 2td He?s on a nice little roll after the ?10 carries, 8 yards? debacle of week five. 6. Tiki Barber: 115tds, 1td He finally got himself a touchdown to go with all those fancy yards! 7. Anthony Thomas: 95yds, 1td Wait, Anthony Thomas?? He had 39 yards coming in to this game so this makes perfect sense. If McGahee isn?t planning on playing against Indy next week because of that rib I hope he lets us all know. 8. Clinton Portis: 84yds, 1td You have to admire what he?s doing with Brunell behind center. Personally I?d stack like 18 guys in the box. 9. Ahman Green: 122yds, 0td I tried to give everyone a head?s up he would be dominant this year when I told everyone not to draft him. If you guys don?t understand ?insider speak? I can?t help you. 10. Corey Dillon: 48yds, 2td He?s clearly done but Billy B. wanted to get him some sympathy touchdowns. Whatever, owners will gladly take it. Top Ten Wide Receivers 1. Javon Walker: 6 catches, 134yds, 3td He?s having a big year and his touchdown dance after his third td looked very stylish. 2. Marvin Harrison: 8 catches, 145yds, 2td When he spiked the ball in that Patriots face I was initially like ?yowsa!? Now I realize it was probably just him spiking and the Pat being in the wrong place. 3. Marques Colston: 11 catches, 123yd, 1td He is laying waste to opposing secondaries. Someone better throw a third guy on him or else he might start eating innocent fans. 4. Devery Henderson: 3 catches, 111yds, 2td Wait a minute; two receivers had big games against the Tampa Bay Defense? I think this one doesn?t count because no one in the free world started him. 5. Joey Galloway: 4 catches, 97yds, 2td He?s just never going to get enough balls thrown his way to have any sort of consistency. 6. Roy Williams: 6 catches, 138yds, 1td Against bad defenses that can?t get to Kitna he?s a must start. The shame is if you put him up against a healthy defense he?ll burn your fantasy team. No fun. 7. Donald Driver: 9 catches, 96yds, 1td He had a nice day in Buffalo but I wouldn?t be caught dead starting him at Minnesota. 8. Hines Ward: 7 catches, 127yds, 0td A third massive day in a row but the late fumble cost him a TD and his team the game. 9. Jeremy Shockey: 8 catches, 66yds, 1td You have to like Shockey. No wait, you don?t, he?s kind of a jerk, but you have to like when he grabs a TD for your team. To recap: Like the TD, dislike him. 10.
