Robinson caught 32 balls for 449 yards in 2019.
Robinson turns 26 in September.
Greg Zuerlein has agreed to sign with the Dallas Cowboys on a three-year deal.
Zuerlein's deal has a base value of $7.5 million.
Zuerlein had spent his entire career with the Los Angeles Rams.
Ndamukong Suh will re-sign with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a one-year, $8 million deal.
Suh signed a one-year deal with Tampa Bay last season.
Suh was constantly double-teamed while lining up across the defensive line as the Bucs switched to a 3-4 defense under Todd Bowles.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to a two-year deal with Tyler Eifert.
Eifert will reunite with Jay Gruden, who was offensive coordinator previously with the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Jaguars also targeted an upgrade at tight end in the past when they signed Julius Thomas (2016) and Austin Seferian-Jenkins (2018).
Eifert caught 43 of 63 targets for 436 yards and three touchdowns last season.
The New York Jets have agreed to a one-year, $8 million deal with Breshad Perriman.
The Jets lost Robby Anderson to the Carolina Panthers earlier in the day.
Perriman and slot receiver Jamison Crowder are currently the Jets' top wideouts.
Robby Anderson has agreed to a two-year, $20 million deal with the Carolina Panthers.
Anderson's deal includes $12 million in Year 1 of the deal. Anderson finished the 2019 season with 52 catches for 779 yards and two touchdowns.
Anderson played for Matt Rhule at Temple.
The Las Vegas Raiders agreed to a two-year, $17.6 million deal with Marcus Mariota.
Mariota's deal includes $7.5 million in the first year as a fully guaranteed base salary. Mariota gets up to $2.4 million if he plays 60% of the snaps in 2020.
Mariota will serve as backup quarterback to Derek Carr.
