DeMeco Ryans has signed a two-year extension with the Philadelphia Eagles worth $7.5 million per year in base value.
Ryans can make up to $10.5 million in extension and the deal includes $6.25 million in guaranteed money.
Ryans signed with the Eagles in 2012 after playing with the Houston Texans since 2006. Ryans was the 2006 Defensive Rookie of the Year.
B.J. Raji will re-sign with the Green Bay Packers on a one-year deal.
Raji, 28, missed all of last season after injuring his biceps during the preseason. This is the second straight one-year deal for Raji, who inked a $4 million deal with the Packers last year.
Letroy Guion replaced Raji last season also re-signed with the Packers on Monday.
The Carolina Panthers have signed Jarrett Boykin.
Boykin is coming off a third season with the Green Bay Packers where he caught just three balls for 25 yards.
Kellen Davis has signed a one-year deal with the New York Jets.
Davis was a fifth round pick by the Chicago Bears in 2008 and played there until 2012.
Davis, a 6'7 tight end, last played in the NFL in 2013 with the Seattle Seahawks.
The Chicago Bears have agreed to sign Ray McDonald.
McDonald will reunite with Vic Fangio.
McDonald was cut by the San Francisco 49ers in December after several legal issues.
James Harrison has decided to re-sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Harrison will be back for his 12th season with the Steelers, though he's been cut multiple times and spent the 2013 season with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Harrison won the 2008 Defensive Player of the Year Award.
The Seattle Seahawks have signed Ahtyba Rubin to add depth to their defensive line.
Rubin is younger and has more upside than Kevin Williams.
The defensive tackle is better suited for Seattle's 4-3 defensive scheme rather than Cleveland's 3-4 defense.
Dwayne Bowe has agreed to sign with the Cleveland Browns on a two-year deal.
Bowe was released this offseason by the Kansas City Chiefs after eight seasons with the club.
Bowe visited Cleveland last week and had a productive meeting with the staff. He has a relationship with general manager Ray Farmer, who previously worked in Kansas City's personnel department.
Devon Still has re-signed with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Still, 25, will continue to add depth to the Bengals' defensive front as a rotational player.
The news comes just two days after Still announced that initial tests on his daughter, Leah -- who is undergoing treatment for cancer -- showed there was no active disease in her body.
