The Seattle Seahawks have allowed at least 200 yards rushing in their last two games, giving up big performances to Zac Stacy and Mike James.

"Three weeks ago, we gave up 30 yards rushing [at Arizona] and then we jumped off the cliff here in the 200s," Pete Carroll said. "So I think we'll get decidedly better. We're really tuned in. The players take a lot of pride in it, as well, and we all have to do better, from myself on down. So we are going to work really hard to get that done."

For the season, the Seahawks rank 19th against the run and second against the pass.
