Richie Incognito made racist remarks to Jonathan Martin in a voice message, but Incognito is accepted by the African-American players in the Miami Dolphins' locker room.

Jonathan Martin, who is bi-racial, was reportedly not readily accepted by his African-American teammates with his Stanford education and background as the son of Harvard educated attorneys.

"I don't have a problem with Richie," Mike Wallace said. "I love Richie."

"Richie is honorary," said one player who left the Dolphins this offseason. "I don't expect you to understand because you're not black. But being a black guy, being a brother is more than just about skin color. It's about how you carry yourself. How you play. Where you come from. What you've experienced. A lot of things."
