The Seahawks and wide receiver Mike Williams are close to a three-year contract extension, reports Jay Glazer of FOX Sports.
He finished the 2010 season with 65 catches for 751 yards and two touchdowns.
Williams had a touchdown reception in Seattle's playoff-clinching win over St. Louis on Sunday night.
The former first-round pick (Detroit, 2005) hadn't even been in the NFL since 2007.
