By David Alter The oddsmakers usually stop giving away the favorites by Week 5, so as things get a little trickier, I have returned to give you my top-10 picks. Washington Redskins vs. New York Giants (-5) 1 PM The Giants have been in tough with their schedule, and this game will be really close. As close as this game is, look for the Giants to cover because of the home advantage as well as their first home game resulted in a 5 point loss to the Indianpolis Colts. Prediction: Giants Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles (-2) 4:15 PM Terrell Owens makes his return to Philadelphia. Both teams have been solid to start the season. What impresses me the most about the cowboys is the fact that Terrell has not even been the go to receiver for the cowboys, and unlike the eagles, they aren?t dependent on Owens. Look for Philadelphia to be pre-occupied with Terry Glenn. Prediction: Cowboys Pittsburgh Steelers vs. San Diego Chargers (-3.5) 8:15 PM Big Ben has not been stellar for the steelers. Many are starting to question his ability at the position itself. Let?s not diminish what this guy has accomplished and he needs more time to fully recover from what he has gone through this off-season. Look for Ben to have a decent game, but San Diego is too good, and look for them to cover. Prediction: San Diego Chargers Baltimore Ravens vs. Denver Broncos (-4) 8:30 PM The Baltimore Ravens are undefeated. Granted they haven?t faced great teams, but the Denver Broncos aren?t good enough. Especially with Jake Plummer at the helm. Prediction: Baltimore Ravens Other predictions Minnesota (-7) over Detroit Tennessee (+18.5) over Indianapolis St. Louis (-3) over Green Bay Buffalo (+10) over Chicago New Orleans (-6.5) over Tampa Bay Oakland (+3.5) over San Francisco
