The Chicago Bears led off the 2024 NFL Draft by selecting Caleb Williams out of USC as expected with the Washington Commanders taking Jayden Daniels at No. 2 and the New England Patriots also taking a quarterback at No. 3 in Drake Maye.

The Miami Dolphins restructured the contract of running back Raheem Mostert, adding an additional year onto his original deal with the team, his agent announced Friday.

The restructured contract will keep Mostert in Miami through the 2025 season and is worth $9.075 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.

After meeting with the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, it's been reported that the team and Odell Beckham, Jr. have "strong" mutual interest.

The two sides reportedly discussed financial terms of a deal but they have not reached any agreement. The Dolphins are looking for a third wide receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.

Odell Beckham, Jr. is scheduled to visit with the Miami Dolphins on Thursday, according to a report.

Another recent report linked the wide receiver to the New York Jets.

The Dolphins don't have a clear No. 3 receiver behind Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle.

The Seattle Seahawks will sign former Miami Dolphins linebacker Jerome Baker to a one-year, $7 million contract, Baker's agents, Drew and Jason Rosenhaus, told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Saturday.

Shaq Barrett has agreed to sign with the Miami Dolphins on a one-year deal worth up to $9 million.

Barrett had been with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers since 2019.

The Miami Dolphins will cut cornerback Xavien Howard at the start of the new league year on Wednesday.

Dolphins general manager Chris Grier recently left the door cracked open for a potential return, but Thursday on WQAM's The Joe Rose Show, Howard slammed that entryway shut.

"That door is closed," he said. "I'm sorry. I didn't hear [Grier's comments]. I did not hear that at all, but I know that door is closed, though."

A second-round pick in 2016, Howard has spent his entire career with the Dolphins.

Some of the fans that attended January's playoff game between the Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs are facing potential amputations as a result of frostbite, according to a report.

Dr. Megan L. Garcia, a general surgeon at Kansas City's Grossman Burn Center, told Fox 4 that 70% of the medical center's patients referred for frostbite injuries suffered at the January wild-card game are "being advised to schedule amputations."

The Falcons moved on from Smith after he posted career highs in receptions (50) and yards (582).

The Miami Dolphins will not use the franchise tag on Christian Wilkins and will be a free agent.

Wilkins will be one of the best free agents on the market.

Wilkins had nine sacks last season at defensive tackle.
