"Every time I mention Philadelphia, Eric's ears perk up," said Greg Johnson, who represents the 32-year-old Bills wide receiver along with his partner, Harry Henderson. "He wants to go to Philadelphia. He really feels he could help them. He loves the idea of being an Eagle and playing with Donovan [McNabb]."
Moulds wants out of Buffalo, and the Bills, who will have to pay him $7.1 million in salary and bonuses this year if he's on the team, are only too happy to oblige him. They have put the word out that he can be had for a second-day pick in next month's draft.
But don't start visualizing him in an Eagles uniform quite yet.
Johnson said he talked to Eagles president Joe Banner last week. He said there is "some interest" in Moulds by the Eagles, which an organization source also acknowledged.

Eagles Sign McCants And Gaffney
The Eagles actually added two wide receivers on Wednesday, first re-signing Darnerien McCants and then adding Jabar Gaffney. Gaffney signed as a free agent, coming over from the Houston Texans.
Detmer Out And Garcia In?
Koy Detmer's departure drew a big step closer yesterday when a source close to the situation confirmed that the Eagles have agreed in principle to a 1-year contract with Detroit Lions free-agent quarterback Jeff Garcia. Garcia is to meet with the media in the NovaCare Complex auditorium this afternoon; by then, there is an excellent chance the contract will be final.
Eagles Release Owens
The Philadelphia Eagles released the exiled Owens on Tuesday, ending a tumultuous, two-year relationship with the wide receiver.
Owens was due a $5 million roster bonus on Wednesday, so the Eagles had to cut him or trade him before then to avoid paying him the money.
Owens To Be Traded Or Released By Wednesday
Terrell Owens, who was kicked off the Eagles in November, will be released or traded before he's due to receive a $5 million roster bonus on Wednesday.
Interest In T.O. Is Lukewarm
The Denver Broncos invited Terrell Owens for a chat last month, but they have seemed no more than lukewarm since. Owens' agent, Drew Rosenhaus, huddled with Dallas coach Bill Parcells at the NFL scouting combine a few weeks ago. And the Kansas City Chiefs' new coach, Herman Edwards, has indicated his interest.
Yesterday, Chiefs president Carl Peterson told the Kansas City Star he would take Owens, but only in a bare-bones, 1-year deal. It's hard to say for sure, but Owens, 32, might have to take such a contract to try to rebuild his reputation.
"If Terrell and his agent are interested in a 1-year contract with no guarantees and a lot of incentives, then we're interested," Peterson told the paper, for today's editions. "He knows that, and his representative knows that. They haven't called me back on that yet, and they may not call me back."
Peterson said the Owens situation isn't the first thing on his plate.
"That's a very distant thing," he said. "I'm not focused on that right now. We'll have to see how things go."
