Jason Witten Decides To Retire From NFL

Jason Witten has decided to retire from the NFL.

Witten spent one season with the Las Vegas Raiders after a long career with the Dallas Cowboys that included a one-year sabbatical as color analyst on Monday Night Football.

Witten will finish his career with 1,228 catches, 13,046 yards, 74 touchdowns and 271 games played.

Raiders Hire Gus Bradley As Defensive Coordinator

The Las Vegas Raiders have hired Gus Bradley as defensive coordinator.

Bradley was defensive coordinator of the Los Angeles Chargers over the past four seasons.

Bradley replaces defensive coordinator Paul Guenther, who was fired by coach Jon Gruden late in the 2020 season.

Josh Jacobs Arrested For DUI Hours After Week 17 Win

Josh Jacobs was arrested on a DUI charge early Monday morning, hours after the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Denver Broncos in their final game of the season.

Jacobs, 22, was arrested after Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a single-vehicle crash near the McCarran Airport Connector and East Sunset Road.

Police suspected impairment, and Jacobs was taken to a local hospital because of minor injuries from the crash.

The Raiders acknowledged the incident in a statement.

"The Raiders are aware of the situation involving Josh Jacobs," the team said. "The organization takes these matters seriously and we have no further comment at this time."
