Bush: Saints Never Gave Me Chance To Be Power RB

Oct 31, 2014 2:17 PM

Reggie Bush has become a different running back since joining the Miami Dolphins after being a relative disappointment with the Saints.

"I always knew it was in me," Bush said. "But New Orleans wasn't a ground-and-pound team. I've got no problem with that. We won a Super Bowl playing that way. And I enjoyed my time there, and I'm not mad at anybody. But I always knew if I was given the chance to be this kind of back, I could do it."

Bush has played in every game of a season just once.

Gregg Williams Contends Bounty Program Existed Prior To Arrival

Oct 31, 2014 3:03 PM

Gregg Williams testified that the bounty program preceded his arrival with the New Orleans Saints in 2009, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.

Williams said no money was ever exchanged within that program for penalized hits.

Before securing this affidavit, the NFL did not have any signed statement from Williams, according to sources.

In 2009, defensive captains Jonathan Vilma and Will Smith "endorsed the program," according to the testimony and made initial contributions to the pool.
