Redskins right tackle Jon Jansen, who has a torn calf muscle and broken thumb, will miss Sunday's game against the Saints. Jansen did not practice this week. He was downgraded from questionable to doubtful on the injury report Friday, and on Saturday the Redskins said he would not play against the Saints.

Saints receiver Joe Horn was inactive Sunday night's game at Dallas because of a nagging groin injury, while rookie Marques Colston was active for the first time in three games.

Hollis Thomas of the Saints has been suspended for four games because he violated the league's steroid policy due to asthma medication he takes. Thomas has been challenging the positive steroid test and had the support of the Saints.

Reggie Bush scored four touchdowns for the Saints on Sunday versus the 49ers. Bush had rushing scores from 1 yard, 8 yards and 10 yards. The rookie also hooked up with Drew Brees for a 5 yard TD reception.

Saints Coach Sean Payton denied a WWL-TV report that cited sources as saying Reggie Bush's role was limited during last week's game against the Falcons as a disciplinary action. According to the report, Bush missed a team meeting and might have been deactivated for the game if not for Stecker's injury.
