Davante Adams is set on playing for the Las Vegas Raiders over the long-term, according to a report.

The Raiders acquired Adams in a trade with the Green Bay Packers last offseason to pair him with Derek Carr. Jimmy Garoppolo entered this year as the starter, but Las Vegas had to turn to rookie Aidan O'Connell this past Sunday after Garoppolo suffered an injury.

Adams reportedly believes in O'Connell as the potential future of the Raiders.

In May, Adams admitted he doesn't see "eye-to-eye" with the front office and that he's, "going to have to buy into this and try to be as optimistic as possible."

Adams, who is 30 years old, said after a loss this season that he doesn't have "time to wait around."
