The New York Jets are open to trading up for a quarterback in the draft. The Jets currently own the sixth overall pick.

"The simple answer to that question is yes," Mike Maccagnan said when asked about trading up. "If that was a player we felt strong about, we would have no qualms of potentially trying to go up and get him."

Maccagnan made inquiries in 2016 about trading up for either Jared Goff or Carson Wentz.

Josh Allen, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold and Josh Rosen are expected to be the top available quarterbacks.
