Texas has expressed interest in Jim Mora in their head coaching vacancy. The two sides have had conversations about the vacancy.

Mora is currently head coach at UCLA and signed a new deal after receiving interest from the University of Washington.

The Longhorns are searching for a replacement for Mack Brown.

Mora has an 18-8 record at UCLA and was previously a head coach with the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks.
