Elvis Dumervil has agreed to a five-year, $35 million contract with the Baltimore Ravens.

Dumervil will earn $8.5 million in Year 1.

Dumervil had agreed upon a reduction of his 2013 salary with the Denver Broncos from $12 million to $8 million, but he and his agent were unable to execute the contract before a deadline. Dumervil was released by the Broncos as a result.

Dumervil signed a six-year, $61.5 million contract in 2010.

Ozzie Newsome has turned over a considerable portion of the Ravens' roster this offseason.
