The Oakland Raiders have struggled badly on defense over the past few weeks.

“I’m not going to stand up here and say we’re making wholesale changes,” Dennis Allen said. “We’re going to look at every aspect of what we do, offensively, defensively and the kicking game, and if we feel changes need to be made, we’ll make those changes.”

The Ravens exploited the Raiders' pass defense on Sunday, a week after the Buccaneers rushed for 278 yards and four touchdowns.

“It wasn’t like (the Ravens) ran the ball down our throats,” defensive tackle Tommy Kelly said. “If a guy is wide open, running down the middle of the field, most times that’s not a physical problem. It just means somebody’s not covering him.”
