Larry Fitzgerald has played with 12 different quarterbacks since being drafted by the Arizona Cardinals.

Fitzgerald played in a Super Bowl, but the possibility of a return appears bleak.

“I wouldn’t trade the experiences I’ve had with anybody,” Fitzgerald said. “And I try not to show any frustrations. It’s not like I’m going to work around miserable people and I hate my coaches and teammates. A lot of my friends across the league despise their situations. I’m not in that predicament.

“I love my work. I love my guys. We’re working for the same common goals.”

Fitzgerald is widely perceived as the player who handpicked the Cardinals' acquisition of Kevin Kolb.

“I would be lying if I told you I wasn’t happy that we made that move,” Fitzgerald said. “I just wanted to solidify that position. But I think people misconstrue that I actually pulled the trigger.

“This is the NFL. We’re all hired hands. And it’s not like I told Rod Graves and Michael Bidwill, ‘We need to get this done, we need to get this guy.’ That was never the conversation. It was more like, ‘Hey, he looked good to me, and we can make something happen here.’ I did work out with him. I liked what I saw. I’m not trying to stay out of the crossfire. And I still believe Kevin can play. I really do.”
