The Jaguars have no plans to renegotiate running back Maurice Jones-Drew's current contract. Gene Smith confirmed that Jones-Drew wants a new deal, but made it clear it's not going to happen. "Obviously, he has expressed that he would like to renegotiate and we have expressed again that we feel he has a contract with two years left that we expect him to fulfill those obligations," Smith said. Jones-Drew, who led the NFL in rushing last season with 1,606 yards, has two years remaining on a five-year deal worth $31 million that he signed in 2009.
