Jabar Gaffney is returning to the Patriots. Gaffney, who was released by the Redskins on Tuesday, had his career revived in 2006 when he signed with New England. He joins a crowded receiver pool, where Wes Welker, Brandon Lloyd, Deion Branch, Donte' Stallworth and Chad Ochocinco headline the depth chart.
