Alex Smith has left Miami's complex after meeting with the team for more than five hours. The Dolphins are in the market for a quarterback and another one of their targets, Matt Flynn, decided to join the Seahawks on Sunday. The 49ers had been working to re-sign Smith before they entered the race for Peyton Manning.
