The Colts defeated the Titans 27-13 on Sunday afternoon to earn their first win of the season. Indianapolis improved to 1-13 with the win, which came against a Tennessee team in playoff contention. The Colts led 3-0 after the first quarter and Dan Orlovsky gave them a 10-6 edge on an 18-yard scoring strike to Reggie Wayne midway through the third period. Just three minutes later, Jacob Lacey returned an interception 32 yards for another score. Nate Washington caught a seven-yard pass from rookie Jake Locker with less than four minutes left in regulation to pull the Titans to within striking distance, but Colts running back Donald Brown sealed the game with an 80-yard touchdown dash.
