Part of Wayne Weaver's sale of the Jaguars to Shahid Khan included a clause in which Khan must pay $25 million to the charity of Weaver's choice should he move the team from Jacksonville within five years of the purchase date, according to a source. Khan has been adamant that he doesn't plan to move the team, and he spoke on that topic at length during the last week's league meetings in Dallas. In addition, Jacksonville's stadium lease is very restrictive, and ultimately the team would have to prove hardship -- in a Jacksonville court -- and pay a significant fee in order to move.
