49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree says he's ready to play in Sunday's opener against the Seahawks after undergoing surgery on his foot in July. A day after participating in his first full practice, Crabtree said Thursday that he was running at full speed while wearing a special, molded cleat for his twice-broken left foot. "He's had one day of practice, so we'll see," offensive coordinator Greg Roman said. "As the week goes on, just evaluate it every day. I don't think anybody is going to make a decision ... before it needs to be made."
