Jets running back LaDainian Tomlinson is excited for another chance to prove his doubters wrong this season. He carried the ball just 11 times for 20 yards in the preseason. "That's fine, it's great to hear the doubters in preseason and change their mind when the game gets going and they see you making plays for the team," Tomlinson said. "But then the question is going to be: 'Well, is he going to wear down toward the end of the season?' So, I can't win for losing but at the same time, I'm going to do my part." Shonn Greene is going to take over as New York's primary running back. "The (Jets) are a team that likes to spread the ball around," Tomlinson said. "But Shonn is doing a great job of being patient and making plays when he's called upon."
