Forbes Magazine rated Kitna as the best bargain quarterback in the NFL. Kitna was paid $2 million in 2010. No quarterback in the league provided more for the money last year, Forbes wrote. Next-best bargain was Baltimore's Joe Flacco, who had a slightly better QB rating (93.6) for 35 percent more money. ($2.7 million).
