Colts safety Melvin Bullitt is open with his desire to remain with the franchise. If restricted based on the previous collective bargaining agreement, the Colts would have the first crack at re-signing Bullitt, as well has Charles Johnson and Joseph Addai. "I'm probably the strongest I've been in two years," Bullitt said. "I want to play in Indy again. That's what I'm planning on. But the reality is I'm not signed with anyone."
