The owners are starting to make concessions in their talks with players, reports Mike Freeman of CBS Sports. "It's this fact, I'm told, that has allowed the two sides to make so much progress, so quickly," Freeman writes. "No one will say exactly what the concessions are but significant ones have been made and the players believe they are genuine."
