Jeff Garcia says that rumors of him going back to the Eagles are "just talk." Garcia told FanHouse via text message on Sunday night that, "I really don't want to comment on anything right now because it's just talk. We'll see what transpires over the next couple of days." It was reported on NBC's Sunday Night Football that Philadelphia was interested in Garcia. Garcia is the quarterback of the UFL's Omaha Nighthawks.
