Having been cut by the Cardinals, Matt Leinart appears to be a perfect fit for the Seahawks. However, Clark Judge of CBS Sports writes that Seattle won't pursue the young quarterback. Seahawks coach Pete Carroll was Leinart's college coach at USC. "Apparently, Seattle is satisfied with its two quarterbacks, Matt Hasselbeck and Charlie Whitehurst, despite Whitehurst's inconsistent play this summer. But the club paid a steep price to acquire Whitehurst from San Diego and envisions him as Hasselbeck's successor, and the Seahawks didn't want to complicate the situation by introducing another young quarterback," Judge writes.
