Redskins coach Mike Shanahan isn't sure what free-agent running back Brian Westbrook plans to do. There have been reports that Westbrook is close to signing with a team. "To be honest with you, I haven't kept abreast of that in the last week," Shanahan said. "I'm not sure where Brian's at. As I told you before, we did make an offer to him, and I'm sure he's sitting back and trying to evaluate his offers and come up with the best scenario for him."
