The Titans considered hiring Ruston Webster as their general manager back in 2007, when Mike Reinfeldt landed the job. Now the team is in on the verge of adding Webster to the front office, and he would be an impressive addition. The Titans have been in discussions with the Seahawks VP of Player Personnel about joining the organization, and there are indications are Webster could be hired in the near future. Webster recently completed his fourth season as VP of Player Personnel in Seattle, but he also served as interim general manager. He spent 18 seasons with the Buccaneers before joining the Seahawks, where he worked in both pro and college personnel.
