The police report that details Browns player Shaun Rogers' arrest at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport last Thursday for carrying a loaded gun says the weapon was cocked and had a bullet in the chamber.
The cocked semi-automatic handgun was on safe mode, with seven bullets in the magazine and one in the chamber.
Rogers, 31, told investigators that he forgot he put the black .45-caliber Kimber Ultra II inside his brown carry-on bag during a recent visit to Detroit.
