The Browns aren't expected to sign free-agent running back Justin Fargas, a source told the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Fargas missed the last two games of the season with a bruised knee and failed his exit physical, but said he was cleared after another exam. He had also been linked to the Eagles, but the Philadelphia Inquirer is reporting that they'll past on him as well. "I've had seven tough years in Oakland and I want to compete for a championship," Fargas told the Inquirer. "That's the (expectation) with the organization and the fans here. The opportunity to come here and play for the Eagles, a winning tradition, great tradition, great city ? first-class organization ? it would be nice if it can work out."
