Braylon Edwards had an impressive debut with the Jets on Monday night in a loss to the Dolphins.
Edwards caught a 3-yard touchdown pass from rookie quarterback Mark Sanchez in the first quarter.
He finished with a team-high five catches for 64 yards and a score.
"Everyone saw it; he's a big-time receiver," Rex Ryan told the New York Post. "That was the one thing we did right last week -- making the trade for him."
Edwards added that it's going to be "fun" when Jerricho Cotchery returns from injury.
