Jets running back Leon Washington is still hoping to get a "fair" deal from the team.
Washington hinted on Tuesday that he may skip training camp in July if New York doesn't give him a new contract.
He is looking for an increase of his scheduled salary of $535,000 for the 2009 season.
"Hopefully we'll get something done, because I think it's important for me to be in training camp," Washington said.
