With a surplus of draft picks, the Eagles are still talking about trading up in this weekend's NFL Draft. "With those 12 picks, we feel we can do whatever we want, get up as high as we want," Eagles general manager Tom Heckert said. "Probably all the way up [to the top] or pretty close. "The teams way up top, the compensation moneywise [for high draft picks] is so crazy, teams are wanting to get out of there. It costs a lot less to move up [than it used to] because teams are a lot more willing to get out." Heckert made some of the comments prior to last Friday's trade, which saw Philadelphia send a pair of picks, including a first-rounder, to Buffalo for tackle Jason Peters.
