The Miami Hurricanes have seen one of their players drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft every year since 1995. The streak has lasted so long that Warren Sapp was drafted, had a Hall-of-Fame caliber career, and retired. "I said, 'Way to keep the streak going,' " Sapp said recently. "It's a common bond with someone who is 13 years removed from me." At least one Hurricane has been selected in the first round in 14 consecutive NFL drafts, but that streak is likely to end this month. "My streak ends," Sapp said. "It's something we took immense pride in."
