The Rams aren't interested in free agent quarterback Jeff Garcia as a backup to Marc Bulger. Garcia hasn't heard from the Rams, and leagues sources told the quarterback that he shouldn't wait for a call from St. Louis. His name has been linked to the Rams, but it appears as though they are looking to add a reserve through the draft.
