The Eagles are expected to get running back Brian Westbrook some help this offseason, according to Pro Football Weekly. Westbrook has taken a beating in recent years, and Philadelphia is aware that they can't expose him as often in 2009. The Eagles could look to improve their offensive line or add a running back in this April's NFL Draft.
