Despite his public commitment to the Dolphins, executive vice president of football operations Bill Parcells can reportedly walk away from the job with full pay. Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga reportedly removed the previously reported 30-day escape clause before closing on the sale of the team to real estate billionaire Stephen Ross in January. Parcells has the option to leave without any restrictions, and the team is required to pay him the balance of the original $12 million, four-year contract he signed in January 2008.
