"He is not here by his choice," coach Tom Cable said of Burgess' failure to report before the mandatory time Wednesday. Cable declined to elaborate. Burgess could not be reached for comment. The Ravens could revisit talks with the Cardinals about Anquan Boldin in the wake of Derrick Mason's sudden retirement. Baltimore and Arizona discussed a potential deal prior to the NFL Draft, and talks could rekindle if things get ugly between the Cardinals and Boldin this fall. Boldin has two years left on his contract.
