The New York Jets have agreed to acquire Ryan Clady and a seventh round pick from the New York Jets for a fifth round pick.

Clady arrived at the Jets complex Friday, underwent a physical and has been trying to reach agreement on a new deal with the team.

D'Brickashaw Ferguson announced his retirement this week and the Jets have targeted Clady since they received word of his plans.

The trade is expected to become official in the next 1-2 days.

The deal will also free up approximately $9 million of cap space, which will put the Broncos in position to acquire Colin Kaepernick.
