The Rams are officially willing to move the second overall pick in April's NFL Draft.
Kevin Demoff, the team's COO, said Tuesday that they would make a deal under the right circumstances, but they have not made any commitments.
"I think coach [Jeff] Fisher and Les [Snead] have been upfront that we will listen to offers for the #2 pick," Demoff said. "I didn't see anything in the report that differed from their statements."
League sources have indicated that St. Louis has decided to trade the selection.
