Carolina quarterback Jake Delhomme, linebacker Dan Morgan and defensive end Julius Peppers were injured in the Panthers' 21-20 victory against the Detroit Lions.
Delhomme was knocked out of the game during Carolina's game-winning drive late in the fourth quarter when he slid and was hit by safety Kenoy Kennedy, who was called for a personal foul.
"He got shaken up, but I think he is going to be fine," Panthers coach John Fox said.
Morgan hurt his shoulder early in the second half, after making 1? sacks, and didn't return. Peppers, who made his first sack this season, injured his hand but returned to play with a cast.
