Prosecutors said Wednesday they will not file charges against a University of New Mexico football player who was arrested after wearing saggy pants on a plane at San Francisco airport, according to an ESPN.com report.
The San Mateo County District Attorney's Office reviewed the June 15 arrest of Deshon Marman and determined criminal charges were not warranted.

Report: Auburn Still Under Investigation
An NCAA official told Auburn coach Gene Chizik that it is not done investigating the Tigers’ football program and the recruitment of Cam Newton, The New York Times reported Wednesday.
Chizik asked NCAA vice president for enforcement Julie Roe Lach several questions, including why the NCAA had not announced that the Newton investigation was finished, during a presentation at the Southeastern Conference meetings in Destin, Fla., last month.
“You’ll know when we’re finished,” Roe Lach told Chizik, according to several coaches who were at the meeting, the Times reported. “And we’re not finished.”
Nate Montana Pleads Guilty To Reckless Driving
Joe Montana's son has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of reckless driving stemming from a traffic stop in which he declined a breathalyzer test, according to an ESPN.com report.
Nate Montana was pulled over for going 39 mph in a 25 mph zone in Missoula early June 3. The 21-year-old U. of Montana QB was arrested on a first-offense DUI charge after a sheriff's deputy said he smelled alcohol and that Montana fumbled with his driver's license.
The Missoulian says Montana pleaded guilty June 23 to the reckless driving charge and paid $435 in fines and court costs. The speeding charge was dropped.
He received a 90-day suspended jail sentence and must complete a chemical dependency evaluation.
Rutgers' Eric LeGrand Stands During Therapy
Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand has made another development in his recovery from paralysis, according to an ESPN.com report.
LeGrand tweeted two photos Wednesday afternoon, showing him standing upright in therapy with his mother.
LeGrand's first tweet read: "Standing up little by little in therapy." His second tweet read: "Standing tall, we can't fall. Standing upright again."
Caleb King Enters Supplemental Draft
Georgia tailback Caleb King says he is entering the NFL's supplemental draft.
King, who would have been a senior, was declared academically ineligible for the 2011 season on Friday. He finished spring drills as Georgia's starter.
He said Tuesday in a statement released by Georgia he is looking forward to the opportunity to continue his career in the NFL.

After several days of speculation, Vrabel officially retired from the Chiefs on Monday and also announced he was returning to the school he played for in college.

Former Broncos DL Duranko Dies Of ALS
Pete Duranko, a star defensive lineman on Notre Dame's 1966 national championship team who went on to play eight years for the Broncos, has died of Lou Gehrig's disease.
Duranko was 67.
Notre Dame announced Sunday that Duranko died at a hospice in Windber, Pa., on Friday. He had battled amyotrophic lateral sclerosis for a decade.
Vrabel Retiring To Join OSU's Staff
Mike Vrabel has decided not to return to the Chiefs this season, choosing to retire after 14 NFL campaigns to accept a role with Ohio State's football program, according to a report.
Pro Football Talk reported Friday that there is a "very good chance" Vrabel will call it quits and that "an announcement could made as early as this coming Monday," citing a source.
Over the past two seasons with the Chiefs, Vrabel started 30 games and logged 73 total tackles, with two sacks and three forced fumbles as a linebacker.
Vrabel May Join OSU's Coaching Staff
There is a "very good chance" that former Buckeyes defensive lineman and current Chiefs linebacker Mike Vrabel will join Ohio State's coaching staff.
A source said that an announcement could come as soon as this Monday.
Luke Fickell was named the school's head coach after Jim Tressel abruptly resigned on Memorial Day.
Fickell and Vrabel are longtime friends and were roommates at OSU in the mid-1990s.
Vrabel has yet to retire and will likely be a free agent under the new collective bargaining agreement.
